Property Angels Financial Services, a regulated mortgage brokerage started in 2001, evolving from an earlier financial services practice that commenced trading in 1988. It offers mortgages and loans from the whole of the market together with protection products from a selected panel of providers.

Property Angels International, a property finding brokerage, started in 2003, when we determined to improve upon other company’s within the marketplace that put forward property opportunities in the UK and abroad.   Our solution includes:  
  • Finding a suitable property to buy and negotiating the best possible purchase price
  • Passing on the full negotiated saving and arranging appropriate funding if required
  • Bringing together all parties necessary to complete the purchase transaction
  • Introducing contractors to assist with refurbishment and furnishing
  • Offering advise and guidance on effective letting
  Our aim today is to show our clients how to own many properties, increase capital growth and enjoy rental incomes.

  4. Proxy Reservation ~ after placing a modest reservation fee per property with us, we will act on the clients behalf to secure properties as they present themselves, for immediate reservation of the best deals.
